WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic intern to be part of our Global Marketing team in our headquarter in Milan.
The internship program offers you the possibility to gain marketing competencies and build your project management skills, supporting the management and coordination of all Amplifon digital teams worldwide in 28 countries. You will be able to grow and become autonomous, working together with an incredible and multidisciplinary team of talents.
You will be actively involved in the following activities:
- Assist our Global Marketing team in the definition of an integrated and multi-channel marketing strategy
- Have an active role in the creation and management of communication assets (visual and copy), taking part in the art direction
- Support our cross-functional team across several areas and channels, such as websites, social media, data, contents and media
- Facilitate project workflows and project execution
- Management of project workshops and events
- Managing external partners (outsourcers) and internal stakeholders (e.g. supporting functions)
- Control and monitoring KPIs related to the CC performances and processes, in all the Amplifon countries
WHAT YOU WILL NEED

The Global Supply Chain Intern will join our new Global Supply Chain organization at Amplifon in our headquarter in Milan.
Our team of professionals manages relationships with our suppliers and plays a critical role in providing the latest and highest quality products to meet the demands of our customers and internal stakeholders. From continuously improving the supply chain process to procuring the best goods and services, the team aims to add value and provide the best solution.
Possible activities will involve:
- supporting demand planning, reverse logistic and stock management projects implementation
- mapping the local processes and data collection to support KPI’ performance management
- collaborating with countries to monitor the KPI’s performance and find actions of improvements
- collaborating with other departments in order to improve the KPI’s and implement new processes
- Supporting in the process mapping activities interacting with different stakeholders and countries.
- Supporting in analyzing master data, finding out misalignments and providing accuracy metrics.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
You’re the right person if you:
- University degree in Engineering, Economics or similar
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (pivot, formulas) and PowerPoint
- Proactivity, flexibility, attitude to manage complexity and cultural diversity
